These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blurt. By accepting them you confirm you have read and agree to them.
You must be 18 or older to accept these Terms and set up the app. Children may play under the supervision of an adult who has accepted them; the kid mode exists for exactly that.
Use Blurt only for its intended purpose: playing a party word game. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its servers, or use it to harass anyone. Player names you type stay on your device; keep them civil all the same.
The game is fully playable without an account. Signing in with Google, or with Apple on iOS, is only needed if you want your statistics saved across devices. You are responsible for the security of your own Google or Apple account. You can delete your account, and everything stored against it, from inside the app at any time.
The word decks, the statistics service and any other online feature may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice. The offline game is not affected by this.
We may suspend or terminate access to online features for breach of these Terms. The offline game keeps working regardless.
When these Terms change materially, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you play again. Continued use after accepting means the new Terms apply.
